Team Assistant (Front of House)
The ultimate front of house, customer service role. You will get involved in various parts of the daily life of a club - from meeting and greeting our customer at the reception to selling books at book sales and providing a friendly ear to the customers. You will find no two days at Gala are ever the same.
COM
Responsible for the day to day running of the club, our COM’s love the challenge and diversity of this role. Our exceptional managers will provide excellent customer service and inspire the team to do the same. Our COM’s are accountable for driving business performance and making sure our customers are happy with their Gala experience every time they come and play.
Team Assistant (Food and Beverage)
A fast paced customer service role that specialises in food and beverage preparation and service. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with that brilliant Gala service as well as making sure they love eating and drinking at our Diner and Bar.
COS
As a supervisor at Gala you are always ready for whatever the day brings. From overseeing the day to day play, administration and stock ordering to watching the customers win big. Every day brings its own challenges and excitement. You will enjoy interacting with customers, problem solving and the bright lights of the Bingo.
